Hi,
Eventually I came to the conclusion that shutting down Workrave for a while
is also good for me, so I just went with that.

I noticed that changing the registry and re-running workrave does not seem
to reload the configuration. Maybe a quick fix/hack would be to reinitialize
when the workrave executable is re-run?

About DBus, at the moment it seems like it is a pain to install on Windows,
so I believe most users won't bother
