workrave 1.9.1 enters suspended mode automatically

Hi,
  I have been using Workrave a few years now, and on my present windows-7
machine for a few months. It works great, and has worked great throughout,
except in the last week or so when sometimes I notice that it has gone into
suspended mode (and that I had been happily typing away safe in the
knowledge that it would stop me).

 This has happened about 5 times in as many days. Any ideas what might be
causing this, or what I could do about it?
