Workrave should already stop the timers when you lock your computer. If your 
computer stays locked for at least the break duration, the break resets to 
0:00, otherwise the timer will continue after you unlock. (All assuming 
'Suspend timer when inactive' is turned on).

Some while ago I added an experimental feature: automatically start a 
restbreak when the computer is locked. The feature will be disabled in the 
upcoming 1.9.2 release. But I want to re-enable it in the developer build 
after 1.9.2.

Exercises are defined by an XML file (exercises.xml). For each exercise the 
title, a description and one or more images are specified.  You can easily add 
new exercises yourself if you want (feel free to contribute new exercises :-)
