By default, Workrave uses gconf to save its configuration. If the gconf daemon 
running (the process is called gconfd-2)? gconfd is automatically started if 
you run gnome. You can run 'gconf-editor' and look for 'apps/workrave' to 
check Workrave's configuration.

You can also compile Workrave without gconf support. It will then use an xml 
file to store its configuration.

I need to fix this someday. It is pretty harmless I think...
