You mean auto-suspend. Although that defeats the point I could see how
automating that task would be preferable. I often am reminded of micro breaks
while I'm watching something on YouTube. You might not expect me to say this but
sometimes I think "that prelude is annoying go away!" But that's the point you
know. The program is there to help you. It's not going to be as effective for me
if it autosuspends every time I watch youtube. I need to take some micro break
time and shut my eyes for 30 sec. If you are doing a presentation or multiplayer
gaming or something that will require continuous live interaction then suspend
it. I had looked at integrating workrave with ioquake years ago but came to the
conclusion it was counterproductive for multiplayer arena games like that.
Workrave is designed to make you more productive not less. Even as I type this
I'm thinking wow this break notice is really pissing me off. But I'm so
fortunate it's there. Love hate relationship you know! Bottom line is when
you're playing games you should manage your break time manually.
