No rest breaks during fullscreen mode or if certain applications are in the foreground

Hi, I love Workrave, specially the statistics, who knew I could type
so much in some days and not in others? Anywho, I've been interrupted
many times while playing Starcraft 2 by forgetting to turn off or
suspend Workrave. It seems taking a break in the middle of an SC2
match is frowned upon =) So how about disabling Workrave automatically
while a foreground application has a certain name or is in fullscreen?
That'd be nice!
