Okay, I kind of figured it out:

Date: tm_mday-tm_mon-tm_year, from tm_hour:tm_min:00 to 
tm_hour:tm_min:00

BREAKS - B(reak)

ACTIVITY - m(isc)
Daily usage (seconds):             x0
Mouse usage (seconds):             x3
Mouse movement (pixels):           x1
Effective mouse movement (pixels): x2
Mouse button clicks:               x4
Keystrokes:                        x5

One question remains: how do you convert from pixels to meters? Do you 
include the resolution of the monitor? What's the "formula"?
