Hi Kees Jan,

Thank you for the extensive reply. Why have you set it interrupt you every
2.5 minutes? I've set it that way to 1 or 1.5 hour so that I can stand away
from the PC and do a little break or walk away from the PC. I know the
problem is really within my psychic and otherwise it's a helpful tool.

So once again why have you set it interrupt you every 2.5 minutes?

I'd be very happy for others to share their experiences as well !!!
