unable to uninstall or install on windows 7 64bit

hi there,

 

was really enjoying this software until a mishap today. accidentally
uninstalled this software.. received the message that I could not unless the
program was exited. it would appear to have uninstalled a bunch of stuff in
any case.

 

now I am unable to uninstall the software or re-install it. each attempt at
installing it tells me that "workrave is still running" and "failed to close
workrave. please close manually." but I see no sign of it in the windows
task manager processes.

 

attempting to run the app provides the crashlog below. the uninstaller
complains that unins000.dat cannot be found (and indeed is not where it is
looking for it).

 

how can I cause the installer to think that it can re-install? or, how can I
manually uninstall the app? any help most appreciated as this is an
important machine that I am running this on.
