Re: A problem with workrave

I’ve been trying to use Workrave for almost 2 months and it just isn’t doing
what it was advertised to do. Very erratic and once the IT installed it, it
doesn’t work continuously. As you might imagine a lot of users aren’t
“administrators” so are not allowed to update the software or change the
setting even so it is practically a useless program in my opinion. So much
for ergonomics for secretaries and others who type. If the programmers only
had a half thought out  clue that people using the program need something to
run and not screw up so much. Such a waste of time to  install this program
and think that it would actually work.

Good morning, my name is Viviana Oquendo, I study and work at National
University of Colombia and I'm trying to use workrave in my job for all the
workers but I've troubles or I don't understand the idea.

 

They start to work at 8.00 and finish at 18.00 but workrave appears just
twice, I really don't know why and I'd like to know how to fix it. I've been
thinking that maybe is because they don't use the mouse all the time,
sometimes they read but I really really need your point of view.
