Workrave freezes Windows XP 64 Professional

Hi,

first of all, I'd like to say thanks to the developers of Workrave. I
tried other RSI help programs, but that's the only one I found so far,
which is free and has three different types of breaks (micro-breaks,
regular rests and end-of-the-day). In particular, I found out a great
relief thanks to the microbreaks, in just less than a week's use!
Unfortunately, I may be forced to unistall Workrave, since it freezes
my pc way too often. I am running

 Windows XP 64bit Professional

with Sophos Antivirus. The freezes usually happen when I have
different Office files open, like for example two or three Excel
files, with Outlook running in the background and I open a PowerPoint
file. I tried to use the "No block" setting, hoping that it would
help, but it looks like the frequency of the freezes hasn't changed.
Could you please fix it? I'd be very sorry to renounce to Workrave,
because it helps me a lot. Thanks,
