Does it happen during a break or just randomly? Can you do anything during the freeze? Does your taskbar display freeze or do you see the time change? Does Workrave freeze? What version of Workrave do you have? Please let us know if you still experience the same problems after Workrave has been uninstalled. I tested Workrave on Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 and didn't notice anything like that.
