Thanks for the fix for the exceptions to recurring events.  There's still
one case that's not being picked up correctly, though.

The URL below is a public calendar I've created that shows this.  In the
example I have a weekly recurring event.  On two days (9/19 and 9/26) I
changed the day of the event to the next day.  This deletes the recurring
event for those two weeks only and creates a new individual event for the
two next days.  What I get in BitPim is the new days AND the days that
should have been deleted.
