Hello all,

After reading through the archives regarding the different issues with the
ENV3/VX9200, I seem to be experiencing something a bit different.

I have the option to select PhoneBook under the "Get Phone Data" dialog (and
the process works without issue), however under the "Send Phone Data" dialog
the PhoneBook option is grayed out. Other functions such as Calendar,
Ringtone, Wallpaper, etc. are not grayed out. I was trying to send my
PhoneBook contacts (that came from my old phone) to my new ENV3, however I
am unable to with the option grayed out.

I have tried creating a New Storage area with a fresh phonebook, but that
doesn't fix the issue. I have also tried using the ENV2 settings (which
doesn't gray out the option anymore), however it seemed to corrupt my
address book entirely, leaving it empty.

On the Phone Features supported chart, I see that the PhoneBook is supposed
to be R&W compatible for this phone. My firmware (VX920V06) is a bit newer
than the tested firmware listed on http://www.bitpim.org/help/ under the
Notes section for the ENV3, which lists VX920V03.

Please let me know if there is something else I can try, or if you think
this might be resolved in a later version.

Thanks,

Mike
