Exception Error Verizon LG vx9700 (DARE)

I'm getting the following exception error when I try and get my phone info. I can see the file system but can't get info. Using Verizon with software version VX970V06 and BitPim 1.0.7. I'm running windows 7 32bit on one machine and windows 7 64bit on another. I tried on both machines with the same error. BitPim detects the phone at startup just fine though.
