LV VX11000 Software Upgrade

 

Yesterday I went to a Verizon store to have my software updated from
VX11KV04 to VX11KV09 on my LG VX11000 (enV Touch). After they tried to
update the software several times they said the phone wouldn't let them do
it. There was an error message saying it couldn't be done. Has anyone else
experienced this problem? Is it sometime that BITPIM might have caused?
