Ok, Will do. I pasted the log below. Paste them in e-mail text. I am not willing to open attachments from unknown people. Sincerely, M ----- Original Message ----- From: Brian D To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, June 06, 2010 8:53 PM Subject: [BitPim-user] Problem using Bitpim with LG-CX9200 Hello, I am receiving an error when attempting to access the SMS on my phone. Below is (hopefully) all of the relevant information according to the help file in Bitpim. Attached is the log. Thanks very much. Using Bitpim 7.01 Operating System - Windows Vista Cell phone is LG Keybo 2 with Telus Mobility in Canada (LG CX9200) Using standard USB cable that came with the phone What set of steps did you take Connected Phone Selected "Get Phone Data" Selected "SMS" Hit Ok. Is it repeatable? Yes, it happens every time I attempt the SMS. I can get the call history data without problem but the error occurs every time I attempt SMS. What have you tried? I tried to manually identify the phone as an LG-VX9200 as I read somewhere that may get around the problem, but then the phone can't be identified.
