where does bitpim put the get phone data

I have a Verizon Lg Dare VX9700.  I successfully connected my phone to bitpim.  I clicked the Get Phone Data button so that all my info would be backed up, ei; contacts, notes, calendar.  Where does bitpim put that data?  I clicked the Get Phone Data button.  bitpim copied all my info.  But after bitpim was finished backing everything up I accidentally clicked the Send Phone Data and in doing that all of my contacts, notes and etc. have been erased on my phone.  Is there any way I can get my contacts back?

Also, yesterday under the Filesystem, I right clicked on the / and choose Backup entire tree.  It on got to 419 of 1300.  It was taking forever to backup because I have a bunch of music on my memory card.  Could I have possibly backedup my contacts list yesterday?  If so, where does bitpim save my backup at?  Bitpim never asked me where I wanted to save my backup.
