Re: LG-VX11000 Env Touch can't write phonebook

In the FWIW confirmation department (not that it's needed)...  Verizon 
just (2 days ago) replace my Dare with the enV Touch (Dare died dead 
:-)) and...  it's got the KV09 software and..  read the phonebook 
nicely, but can't write to it.  :-(

Is there a way to downgrade the software on the phone -- I tried a 
couple of local VZW service centers and...  no joy.
