I am having trouble importing contact.s into my LG VX8700

SW Version-T87VXV03
PRL Version-PRL 51638
ERI Verision-ERI 4
HW Version-Revision 1

An exception error was generated.  I rebooted and tried again, another
exception error.  They both follow below.  Can someone explain this?
