While I can find in the filesystem of my env2 (vx9100) the ringtones I've added, I haven't found
the built-in ringtones. I wish I could - I like a couple of them (15 and 16) enough to want to have a copy
for any future phone.

Found BITPIM on the web and downloaded "version 1.0.7 - official". Have worked thru all the initial problems of getting it to recognize the phones, etc, etc. At this point everything seems to be working as far as BITPIM and my computer are concerned (no error messages). Problem is - the ringtones we'd like to get out of the old phones simply don't show up with the files transferred.

Besides these, my daughter had installed one additional ringtone on her phone (it shows up in the phone's ringtone directory along with the rest) but this is the only one "seen" apparently by BITPIM and transferred into the ringers directory.

According to what I've read, I should be seeing these ringtones, shouldn't I? So, am I missing something obvious here? I'd sure appreciate some sort of lead on what I've done wrong or what I should do next. My apologies if this is a stupid question.

I have both directly-connected to the computer via USB cable. Both are recognized by the computer and appear to download/upload files thru BITPIM without any errors. Other content transferred seems to be fine.
