new user help

I guess I did something stupid. I connected my phone to Bitpim and it found
it and latched right up. I even added some new ring tones to my phone. Last
night I thought i would try something new and extract the info from my phone
so I clicked on "get phone data" and when it was done doing it's thing my
entire contact list was gone. I don't know how to put it back in. I'm really
bummed. Can anyone help?
