Kannel 1.1.4 (with HTTPS client support) for Win32 binaries (Cygwin port) released

The latest development revision 1.1.4 has been packaged as a Win32
install
executable and available for download at
http://kannel.dev.wapme.net/
within the "binaries" section.
There are two versions:
* one as the orginal unpatched 1.1.4 release
* one as the patched 1.1.4 release with Jakko's https23.patch for
supporting HTTPS client interface to SSL-enabled HTTP servers.
Still to follow is the the WAP certified revision 1.0.2.
