Assuming the CNMI call is set incorrectly for this type of phone, then the 
adjustment of this parameter will fix the problem.
If it is not this then still nothing is wrong, it is the nature of 
operating without using the SIM memory. If a modem is engaged with 
transmitting and a receiving SMS is incoming, then I believe it lands up 
in SIM memory.
