Maybe I'm being stupid, maybe I'm being insightful; but there is certainly 
room for billing information in EMI-UCP (in the Type of Service department)

I would be very interested in a possibility to add MT billing information 
(Reverse Charging), just let me know if there's anything I can do to make 
this happen.
