RE: CIMD tariff classes

Yeah, I know. Actually just a few smsc protocols have support for
billing, and as far as I know, these are cimd and cgw (sonera). Please
correct me if I'm wrong. Fortunatly (er, for me) this covers just about
100% of the Finnish mobile subscribers, so I'm motivated to do the
implementation.

Maybe I'm being stupid, maybe I'm being insightful; but there is
certainly 
room for billing information in EMI-UCP (in the Type of Service
department)

I would be very interested in a possibility to add MT billing
information 
(Reverse Charging), just let me know if there's anything I can do to
make 
this happen.
