at2 and 7110

I recently added a 7110 (I already had 3 wavecom).
Suddendly yesteday night bearerbox restarted,
don't know exactly why.
After that, I had this error:

And so on undefinitively. On Com7 there is 7110.
Now even if bearer is stopped I can't access to com7,
and maybe I'll have to restart.
By the way I don't undesrtand what may be happen. I never had such problem before, so 
I think this is due to 7110. I would like to know why this happened.
Any ideas?

P.S. before everything worked ok, even 7110 sms reception.
