RE: 8 bit message problem

this are the access log file as you can see all the time the udh=0.
and the messages I sent was :

The first message was 
.../cgi-bin/sendsms?user=ewq32&pass=asds&to=97259473517&text=%FF

The second message was
.../cgi-bin/sendsms?user=ewq32&pass=asds&to=97259473517&text=%FF&coding=2

the last message I sent was
