Which Version of Kannel to use ????

Currently i am using Kannel development relases 1.1.5 with flash patch. Its 
working fine. But with 100% CPU utilization. As new features are added in 
new devleopment release. I want to use it. So should i use development 
release 1.1.6 or daily CVS. The 100% CPU utilzation is still there or its 
not resolved
