There is no active development AFAIK, but it's on my TODO for the Kannel project. We are looking for contributors on this front?! Either the net-snmp lib may be utilized for SNMPv3 or the smaller and handier SNMPv1 add-ons of gnu-radius. Anyone having good SNMP coding skills in C here to contribute?
