Here in Italy there is Tim who seems to bill delvery report if you prepend
the code *N# to the sms text.
But if you use the mobile phone option, have delivery report, this is not
billed.
Does anybody know how is done it? Id est how can we do it with kannel (if
possible). There
is any udh???
