there are special pdu fields to delivery report, just check them on 3gpp
23040.

*N# is interpreted by the smsc, just like *conf# and *long#, if 
activated.

Stipe: can you commit your DLR patch to at2 (you have DLR_SMSC_*,
right?), then I'll code the rest for DLR_SUCCESS, FAIL and BUFFERED...
