Q: Chainging sender with virtual SMSC

Hi all,

I just started with the Kannel 1.1.6 configuration, and it compiled without
too many problems (I'm running it on MacOSX on an Apple System).

Everything works great, I can send & receive SMS messages without a glitch.
I'm currently testing with a Nokia Premicell and a standard SIM-card.
I heard that with certain SMSC software, you can specify a different sender
than the cellphone card itself. Is this currently possible with Kannel, or
do I have to get a contract with an SMSC operator for that?

An example, we need to push an SMS to a specific cellphone, but we want to
set the sender to a different numer, so that the replies are sent to a
different cellphone.
