I've just asked him about this and waiting response but as far as I
understood such mechanism is for get-url requests.

We rarely have this problem as all our HTTP communication to/from kannel 
is done on the local host which pretty much assures us (under the 
assumption that we have at least a mediocare IT department) that it's 
much more likely for Kannel to be down then it is for the HTTP server 
accepting the DLR and MO messages to be down.

Anyway - wouldn't the new HTTP requeueing mechanism added by Stipe fix 
this problem ?
