Virutal SMSC compatibility

Hi,

These are the availables GSM phones in my country.  Do you know which of
work as a virtual SMSC?

Sony Ericsson R600
Sony Ericsson T66
Sony Ericsson T68
Sony Ericsson T68i

Siemens A40
Siemens C45
Siemens ME45
Siemens S45
Siemens SL45i
Siemens SX45

Nokia 3310
Nokia 9210

Yet, does anybody know if there are TDMA and CDMA mobile phones that also
work as a virtual SMSC?
