SMPP DLR message id

Hi,

I'm trying to get working SMPP DLR. But i'm getting following error:

SMPP[test]: got DLR but could not find message or was not interested in it.

I've looked at submit_sm resp packet from SMSC and message id looks like:

FFFF13:57:37:0968 08-15-2002 0097468416 0097948207

Does it supposed to be like this?

Also please look at deliver_sm packet from SMSC (some lines):

Message Type: Short Message contains Delivery Receipt (0x01)
Delivery receipt: No SMSC delivery requested (0x00)  /* (?????) */

Please advise, is it SMSC misbehavour?
