RE: cygwin port of Kannel

My suggestion to you is to upgrade to the latest version of Kannel, use the AT2 module and the modems.conf file. but I cannot help you to do so in windows, as its a horrible platform which I have not used for a long time and like to keep it that way.
My additional suggestion is to use a Unix OS to run Kannel - for example, linux.
