when you deliver the ticket you ask for a delivery report and
  you simply include &id=<id> as constant string. Of course you replace 
<id> with whatever "ticket" number you use. The important thing here is 
that you have to actively PUSH the message to kannel. You can not PULL 
for it as there is no X-Kannel-DLRMASK or X-Kannel-DLRURL header 
(yet?). So you would get the request to your application and reply 
nothing. then your application creates a push request with that 
constant &id=... and you will get called back with exactly this &id=... 
so you know which one has been delivered
