at2_wait_modem_command is our general AT responses/indications parser.
Its purpose is to parse input from the modem and it is called from
everywhere. The reason being that the modem can send us informations at
any time, completely out of sync on what we expect at the moment
because SMS come in at any time, also when we just sent an SMS or when
we are just starting up.

So if we need new functionality in AT2 module, we simply can enhance
at2_wait_modem. So far there was no need to add other parsing because
we only use limited functionality to send/receive SMS thats why its
functions are rudimentary.
