Just tag it as 1.3.0. If it's a development branch, it doesn't need to be
"stable". Then tag 1.3.1, 1.3.2 as soon as someone implements something "big"
and we need to know "1.3.2 was before implementing xpto and everything was working".

PS: Stipe: I was in Düsseldorf some weeks ago and I've tried to call you and a
"nice operator girl" said that your number was not assigned (something like that
for what I understood from german :)
