Hi Dominik, When sending Siemens SEO formatted message, you do _not_ use UDH at all. TP-UDHI must be set as 0 (thus TP-UDH does not exist at the SMS). Also TP-DCS must be set as 0xF5 (payload is coded as 8 bit data). Siemes SEO format has nothing to do with committee work EMS format. I'm sorry I do not know how to send such message over Kannel.
