Hello,

I am considering Kannel as the SMS/WAP gateway for a commercial
software development.

Australia's largest telecommunications provider, supports the TAP 
(Telelocator Alphanumeric Protocol) protocol for mesage volumns of 
<10,000 per month, which is where several of our potential clients 
would fit.

Does Kannel support TAP, and if not, what would be the process
I would need to go through to develop support for this protocol.
