no. mobile send SMS to SMSC, SMSC sends to mobile

mobile sends SMS to SMSC, SMSC sends to gateway (kannel), gateway sends 
to APPLICATION (on http)
Application replies or sends answer to gateway, gateway sends to SMSC, 
SMSC delviers answer to mobile
