I know, I have seen it , because of dlr stats. And your smpp server is not 
completely brocken therefore quotes...

Yep, I know this too. But it is not spec conform. If the client doesn't 
request intermediately dlr's then smpp server should not send these (in 
kannel case those were missinterpreted) and second point: I have not found in 
smpp spec. 'ACKED' status (this status called ACCEPTD, see smpp 3.4 issue 1.2 
page 168).
