[PATCH] Bug in wml_compiler.c

Hi,

As I reported earlier, wml_compiler.c has bug.
If you try to process attached test.wml with wml_tester
(see kannel test directory) then you will see PANIC message.

[0] INFO: WBXML: No wbxml version given, assuming 1.1
[0] DEBUG: WBXML: WML with ExternalID <-//WAPFORUM//DTD WML 1.1//EN>
[0] PANIC: gwlib/octstr.c:1270: octstr_append_char: Assertion `ch <= UCHAR_MAX' 
failed.

Can you apply attached patch or at least explain why it is not applyable.
