Kannel MMS support

Hi,

I would like to deploy my own MMS Center. I already did some analysis of MMS
service a year+half ago during a pilot MMS project of the local operator:
	http://www.jankratochvil.net/etmms/

and it looks 'easy enough' for me to provide MMS Center without any dependency
on 'Real GSM Operator MMS Center'.

Are you aware of any such completed project(s)? I read Kannel 'TODO' file.
I am aware of

although I did not examined Nokia software yet (Java, bleech).

As Kannel already implements WTP and WSP I expect there is only missing the
implementation of MMS Encapsulation Protocol, isn't it? The trivia task of MMS
notification by SMS looks implemented by Kannel and besides it also Gammu
project is capable of it.
