I have some strange effect on a Wavecom Fasttrack too. Actually I
don't recall if it was the same device, but the effect was: Kannel's
bearerbox could not establish communication to it, this was for cvs
very late after 1.3.1. Now with 1.2.1 stable it worked. And the funny
thing was: first fired up bearerbox-1.2.1, shut down and then
bearerbox-cvs and then even the later worked ;) ?!

Try if a 1.2.1 stable version would work with it and after that try
the cvs again.

Strange behaviour.
