Apologies for the hassle

Howdy all,

I'm sincerely sorry about the silence on the mailing list for the last few 
days. I hadn't realised that the default encoding for the upgraded version 
of Mailman was "us-ascii", which caused all kinds of grief. With a wave of 
my "iso-8859-15" wand, all appears to have been made better.

So we can all pay in €, happily go to cafés and even live in Düsseldorf now!
