Push using PI through 1.2.1 PPG

On Kannel 1.2.1 with Bearbox and wapbox running
the testppg works fine with the following Conenet and Control files but when
i try the same with external CGI program to POST the same  the follwing
Happens

Has anyone written a PI to Post to the PPG and got a succesful reply . Or
where am I going wrong ???
