smsc connection problem

Hello All , I 'm trying SMSC and UCP . I couldn't sent sms to smsc. I used to microsoft VB winsock object. I made message "connection ok" smsc message is "waiting ucp60" this is ok. I'm sending with winsock.sent text but it didn't sent what is the smsc conection and send logic?
